System Design

We offer a wide scope of services, ranging from performance specification or bid drawings, to submittal drawings, to installation-ready documents. Bid specifications or drawings will ensure proper design criteria and consistency in the bidding process. TVA can also prepare drawings for submittal to the jurisdiction, allowing for timely issuance of permits. Whatever your project requires, we can develop the appropriate solution.

Project Budget Forecasting

We provide accurate cost estimates for fire and life safety systems with minimal project information. We can also identify potential areas for savings by using alternate materials and construction methods.

Punch Walks

During construction, TVA can inspect sprinkler system installation progress to confirm that systems are installed in accordance with plans and proper installation methods. This allows for early identification and correction of potential installation inadequacies. It also improves likelihood of acceptance by the jurisdiction at time of final inspection, reducing potential delays.

Acceptance Testing and System Completion Inspection

Upon completion of installation, TVA can inspect and test your systems to make sure that they are installed and operating correctly and are providing the promised coverage. We note all items that need correction and provide a detailed description of the required action. This allows for final correction of identified deficiencies and reduces potential maintenance problems.
