Plan Review Services

TVA offers a plan review service with a ten-day completion guarantee. We can use NFPA, FM, and/or other recognized standards, as well as standards you have developed. Plan reviews can be conducted on fire protection systems, construction, roofing systems, alarm monitoring, and so forth.

New Construction Project Management Services

A full-service fire-protection engineering firm, TVA provides a comprehensive suite of project design services. We start in the early stages of the project in order to incorporate loss control standards for fire protection and construction of the facility, and can conduct site analysis for suitability of exposures, suitability of water supplies, and suitability of natural hazards. As the project develops, we make regular visits to your facilities to ensure that all systems are installed according to code and to manufacturers' recommended guidelines. Last, we witness final acceptance testing of all systems.

On-Site Inspections of Facilities

TVA will conduct on-site inspections of facilities to ensure that your systems are properly installed.
