We conduct full, intermediate, or small-scale fire testing for virtually all products and all industries to determine effects of changes in commodity, and method of storage. Working with Underwriters Laboratory, we also test, predict, and assess the fire performance of products and materials to ensure that they meet federal, local, and international fire test and fire protection standards.

TVA also performs regulatory testing, empowering you to demonstrate compliance with codes and building regulations. Our fire tests also can be used for certification schemes, insurers' approval, or requirements of other approval bodies, such as Lloyd's Register, DNV, US Coast Guard, Factory Mutual, or Underwriters Laboratories (UL). Additionally, you can use tests accredited by UL for classification purposes, exploratory work, and litigation. We also can evaluate your facilities in order to make sure that you have the most cost efficient systems in place and are taking full advantage of building code requirements and the latest in fire protection equipment.
